was right, I really had to update my journal
Summer is gone and the last days were so cold that they felt more like winter than like autumn.
In September, the open air bath in my hometown had been still open and now, four weeks later, we had the first night frost. I was almost freezing to death on my way to work when I was waiting for my train early in the morning... Fortunately, the weather is getting warmer now and I'm looking forward to some golden October days and some occasions to take some autumn pictures.
What else can I tell...? As some of you may have read in my last entry, I didn't immediately get a job as a trainee teacher. But fortunately, the municipality of the town where I had already been working part-time while studying at university offered me a job. So now I do not only work as a homework supervisor, I also act as educator in a kindergarten now Sometimes it can be really stressful there but I consider it as a kind of "positive stress" and enjoy working there. I did not have much time to draw during the last weeks but now I'm having some days off and I'm working on a new drawing.
Finally I bought myself a subscription and as autumn is here now, I'm doing my first journal feature and show you some really beautiful autumnal impressions from some wonderful artists here:
